As a Logistics Lead here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the end-to-end logistics operations. You will be responsible for coordinating transportation, warehousing, and inventory management to ensure efficient supply chain operations and give Honeywell a competitive edge in the market. With your expertise in logistics management and strong analytical skills, you will develop strategies to optimize cost, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with regulations will contribute to the success of our logistics operations.

In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, optimizing transportation routes, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners. Your efforts will directly contribute to cost savings, improved customer satisfaction, and the overall success of Honeywell's supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve any logisticsrelated issues or challenges

Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and other logistics data

Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices

YOU MUST HAVE

5+ years of experience in logistics management, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment.

Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management principles.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in using logistics management software and tools.

Effective communication and leadership abilities.
