Customer Experience Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Experience Representative for a temporary position located in Lebanon, TN. You will be part of a dynamic team that offers support to customers, sales representatives, and end users globally, within a call center environment.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound scripted calls with professionalism and empathy.

Follow structured guidance to resolve customer inquiries effectively.

Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records.

Assist with order entry processes and ERP system navigation.

Provide timely and courteous support to customers and internal teams.

Escalate issues appropriately and ensure follow-up for resolution.

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Support the broader Customer Experience team as needed.

Essential Skills

2-4 years of customer service or call center experience preferred.

High school diploma or GED required.

Proficient communication skills in English, with Spanish being a plus.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and willing to learn new systems.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to handle upset customers with patience and understanding.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in healthcare, data entry, and computer skills.

High volume call experience (100-150 calls per day).

Inbound and outbound call experience.

Strong reading comprehension and experience with call scripts.

Work Environment

This position is based in an office environment with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, including a 1-hour lunch break. You will be working in a structured, team-oriented environment where flexibility in scheduling is appreciated.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
