Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Rosemont, Illinois. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing order processing, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support throughout the order lifecycle. Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to all inbound customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments when necessary.

Input and process customer orders with accuracy, ensuring all details are verified before submission.

Confirm product specifications, pricing, and other order details to guarantee accuracy.

Monitor and track orders throughout the fulfillment process, providing updates to customers as needed.

Resolve customer concerns and inquiries related to order processing in a timely and thorough manner.

Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve issues affecting order fulfillment.

Investigate discrepancies in orders and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Communicate with customers to provide timely updates and resolutions for any issues encountered.

Document recurring issues and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a positive and focused demeanor. Requirements - Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a call center or order processing environment.

Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.

Strong skills in data entry and order management.

Experience with email correspondence and scheduling appointments.

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
