Paralegal Director

Our client in the legal industry, is seeking a Paralegal Director to join their team. As a Paralegal Director, you will be part of the litigation department supporting a dedicated team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Paralegal Director

Location: Houston, Texas (on site)

Pay Range: $95-$100k

What's the Job?

Train paralegals on SOPs and ensure compliance.

Act as a liaison.

Supervise paralegal teams and facilitate effective communication among attorneys.

Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for data integrity and SOP compliance.

Draft and implement new SOPs with approval while staying updated on legal developments.

What's Needed?

Must have experience managing 5+ paralegals

Trial experience and wrongful death are a must - at least 2-5 over last five years

Must have supervised paralegals who have trial and wrongful death

10+ years in managing personal injury cases from the plaintiff's side.

Experience implementing and maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
