Title: Administrative Assistant Duration: 6 + months Contract Pay Rate: $17/hr on W2 without benefits Location: Wassaic NY, 12592 Job Description:- Update and maintain department specific forms.- SFS Updates and resets.- Various quarterly reports.- Reporting and tracking of equipment distribution and maintenance.- Meeting minutes and notes.- Main telephone line coverage.- Monitoring the BO mailbox/distributing contents.- Oversee file storage/disposition.- Working knowledge of office equipment.- Working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.- Other duties as assigned.About our Company: - 22nd Century Technologies, Inc., is one of the fastest growing IT Service Integrator and Workforce Solution companies in the United States.
