Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Platteville, CO

Job Type: Contract (12-month)

Schedule: Onsite | Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $30-32/hr

Position Overview

System One is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support a major construction project near Platteville, Colorado. The selected candidate will serve as the site administrator, responsible for overseeing all administrative functions at the job site trailer and supporting both on-site and visiting personnel.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary administrative support at the construction site.

Attend daily meetings at 7:00 AM; take and distribute meeting minutes.

Manage the job site trailer, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Order office and job site supplies, manage inventory, and coordinate deliveries.

Provide meeting support including scheduling, preparation, and note-taking.

Support visiting personnel and coordinate with vendors for catering, goods, and services.

Maintain files and documentation, both physical and digital (via SharePoint, OneNote).

Assist with expense reporting, invoice tracking, and basic document formatting.

Coordinate communication between site personnel and offsite teams.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.

Experience with Adobe Pro/Bluebeam, OneNote, and basic document formatting.

Familiarity with expense systems (e.g., SumTotal or similar).

Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.

High school diploma or GED required.

Preferred:

Experience with SAP systems is a plus but not required.

Background supporting construction sites or project-based teams.
