TITLE: Executive Secretaries and Executive Administrative AssistantsREQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma and minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in construction or a related industry in Latin America, Brazil experience is preferred.SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese, Spanish and English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) is a plus. Basic understanding of construction terminology and processes is advantageous. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.JOB DUTIES: Organize, maintain, and update project documentation, including contracts, permits, blueprints, and reports. Assist with scheduling, project timelines, and coordination between contractors, suppliers, and clients. Serve as a liaison between the office, field teams, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring clear and efficient communication. Considering that over 60% of our customers are Latino, communication needs to be complete in Spanish and Portuguese. Handle office tasks such as data entry, filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence. Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes for distribution to team members and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, and industry regulations by keeping all necessary documentation up to date. Track and order office and project supplies as needed. Direct service to all Latino customers, Portuguese and Spanish speakers. Assist in written and spoken communication with Portuguese and Spanish-speaking employees who have difficulty with the English language.SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with some flexibility depending on project deadlines.SALARY: $68,827 per year.TRAVEL DETAILS: Office-based, with occasional site visits as required.CONTACT: To apply, send resume to: Brasusa Construction Inc, brasusa2025@gmail.comJobsite: Monroe Township, NJ (Full-Time Position)
