Description

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Spanish/English Administrative Assistant to support their team's daily operations and help ensure efficient workflow. This position requires fluency in both Spanish and English, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to perform administrative tasks with precision while maintaining a professional and service-oriented demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team.

Handle phone calls, emails, and written communication in both Spanish and English.

Prepare, format, and edit documents, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations.

Maintain organized and confidential records, files, and documentation.

Track deadlines, monitor progress on projects, and provide administrative support for cross-functional team collaboration.

Assist with office supply inventory, orders, and vendor coordination.

Deliver excellent customer service to internal team members and external contacts.

Requirements

Requirements:

Language Skills: Full fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).

Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree or certifications in administrative fields preferred.

Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of CRM systems, scheduling tools, or project management software is a plus.

Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to professionally engage with diverse groups of people.
