We are hiring immediately for a full time ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (CUSTODIAL) position.

Location : TAMU - 600 Agronomy Road, College Station, TX 77843. (Openings at other locations within school district available) Note: online applications accepted only .

Schedule : Full time schedule; Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. More details upon interview. (Full and Part Time with the flexibility to meet most scheduling needs)

Requirement : Prior strong computer/Microsoft Excel skills, and administrative experience. Bilingual speaking skills is a plus.

Pay Range: $17.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Provides administrative support as well as functioning as contact for the RDO and the Custodial Management department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, and schedule interviews, input on calendar, and send invite.

Creates and maintains database, spreadsheets, and various reports in a timely manner. This includes staffing related reports, weekly, monthly,&annual reports.

Responsible for new hire: creation of personnel files. On occasion may need to assist candidates with applying for a custodial position through Success Factors.

Complete MVR Reports every 2 years or for special circumstances

Maintains weekly New Hire spreadsheet that include, new hires name, shift, supervisor, Compass ID, UIN, clock in number and crew area. This information goes to front office and the supervisors.

Maintain spreadsheet for UD for weekly open positions

Answer phones

Ability to complete special projects as assigned and meet short notice deadlines.

Performs other duties as assigned.
