Overview Were looking for a high-energy, friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Executive Office Administrator. In this role you will provide direct administrative support to the Executive Team of 360 Business Solutions, who also oversees multiple local community businesses. Our ideal Executive Assistant will thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment, be impeccably organized amidst shifting priorities, and can work seamlessly with a team that values wit, energy, and a good sense of humor.

Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Team Perform accurate data entry and manage digital/physical files Manage financials/budget tracking, billing & invoicing experience in this area is a major plus** (ex: Quickbooks, Xero, Zoho Books, FreshBooks, or Wave) Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and partners Support day-to-day office operations and project coordination Requirements

Proven experience in office administration or management roles. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Strong skills in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) Experience utilizing CRMs/Project Management Software (ConnectWise/Monday) Fast and accurate typing and data entry Strong billing and invoicing background highly preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated Comfortable being a 1099 independent contractor for at least the first 90 days Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30-40 per week
