We are seeking an Accountant who thrives on maintaining accuracy and completeness in financial records while preparing insightful managerial and financial reports. What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of accounting, finance, audit economics, statistics or mathematics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 1 year of Gallo accounting, finance, audit, economics, statistics or mathematics experience; OR Bachelor's degree plus 1 year of public audit or accounting experience.
Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
How You'll Stand Out
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration plus 5 years Accounting or Finance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
Public Accounting experience.
Experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word at an intermediate level.
Experience with SAP or comparable business system.
Experience with Showcase.
Experience with SAP EPM.
Experience reading, analyzing and interpreting general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.
Experience writing reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
Experience effectively presenting information and responding to questions from groups of managers and customers.
Experience defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions. Experience interpreting an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form, and dealing with several abstract and concrete variables.
Experience working with mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions, and applying them to practical situations.

Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. In addition to the salary, this position may be eligible for bonuses, incentive plans, or participate in tasting room tip pools, as applicable.
This position will be based in the location(s) specified in the job posting with an option for occasional telecommuting. You will be expected to live within a commutable distance.
