The Opportunity

As a part of the Portfolio Management Credit Administration team, the Credit Associate is responsible for providing support to the Portfolio Management team.

The Work Itself

Prepare dealer specific letters

Contact dealer for collection of wholesale charges - curtailments outstanding

Follow dealership borrowers for financial statements

Submit financials for system entry, follow for completion - verify accuracy

Complete system changes for dealer accounts

Monitor and administer UCC follow-up, working closely with the Portfolio Management and vendor relationships

Daily Management of portfolio reports and distribution to Portfolio Management team

The Skills You Bring

HS diploma or equivalent required.

2 + years' experience in financial services or similar industry preferred.

Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in business or related may be used as a proxy for the experience.

Performs clerical, administrative and technically based activities and/or supporting tasks.

Typically requires intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Intermediate written and oral communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and time management abilities.

An individual's position in the range is determined by the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.
