We're looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Acquisition Marketing Manager to join our LinkedIn Ads Growth Marketing team. This team is focused on helping businesses understand and unlock the value of LinkedIn Ads. In this role, you'll lead influencer-driven acquisition strategies-leveraging both internal and external voices-to drive awareness, engagement, and ultimately, customer acquisition.
You'll work cross-functionally with content, influencer, and operations teams to build and optimize full-funnel campaigns that inspire businesses to advertise on LinkedIn.
Responsibilities:
Define and execute a strategy to leverage influencers-both internal and external-to drive demand and customer acquisition for LinkedIn Ads.
Manage agency relationships responsible for recruiting, managing, and producing influencer content.
Develop and implement multi-channel campaign strategies, including defining objectives, audiences, messaging, and targeting.
Collaborate with LinkedIn's Content Marketing, Influencer Center of Excellence, and other internal teams to develop and deliver compelling content.
Launch campaigns in partnership with Marketing Operations, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
Optimize evergreen acquisition campaigns by enhancing high-performing assets and retiring underperforming ones.
Analyze campaign performance, identify key drivers, and implement data-driven optimizations to improve results.
Basic Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience managing digital acquisition marketing programs across multiple channels (e.g., email, paid media, web).
3+ years of experience analyzing campaign performance, interpreting metrics, and making data-driven decisions.
3+ years of experience in content marketing and/or influencer marketing focused on customer acquisition.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the Ad Tech or B2B industry, with a strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems and customer acquisition strategies.
Demonstrated ability to connect marketing strategies to broader business objectives, with a track record of influencing cross-functional initiatives across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
Proven success collaborating with cross-functional teams-including product, sales, and technical stakeholders-to deliver integrated, high-impact marketing solutions.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a comfort level navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
Ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders, including Marketing and Sales leadership.
Self-starter with a proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, and demonstrated leadership in driving initiatives from concept to execution.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $100,000 to $156,000.
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
