This role can be based in San Francisco, Mountain View, New York or Chicago.
We are seeking qualified candidates for the role Lifecycle Marketing Manager as part of our LinkedIn Ads Growth Marketing team. This team is focused on helping businesses understand and unlock the value of LinkedIn Ads. In this role, you'll define and implement strategies to grow and retain existing LinkedIn Ads customers via targeted Marketing campaigns through multiple Marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
Define and implement world class education, engagement and retention programs for LinkedIn Ads customers, leveraging multiple digital channels
Design trigger-based campaigns that provide the right insights and recommendations to LinkedIn Ads customers at the right times, all at scale
Partner with Sales and Sales Operations teams to align Marketing campaigns and messaging with Sales outreach to existing customers, including developing shared metrics and outcomes
Develop and implement campaign strategy (objective, audience, message, channel etc.), including defining targeting, building campaign assets, and working with LinkedIn's Marketing Operations team to launch in one or more channels.
Measure and optimize Lifecycle Marketing impact by defining the KPIs, setting goals, and analyzing performance, in alignment with Sales team's objectives
Communicate program strategy and ongoing performance to Marketing and Sales stakeholders
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, Customer Engagement, or related roles
5+ years of experience building and managing Marketing campaigns delivered via digital channels including email and LinkedIn Ads
2+ years of experience partnering with Sales and Sales Operations team to develop shared motions, messaging and metrics
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in the Ad Tech industry, with a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms and customer engagement strategies
Proven track record of building and managing customer lifecycle campaigns across scalable digital channels, including email and LinkedIn Ads
Familiarity with trigger-based campaign design, including audience segmentation, behavioral targeting, and lifecycle automation
Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, with a focus on experimentation and continuous optimization
Passion for customer education and retention, with a creative mindset for delivering value at scale
Demonstrated success in collaborating with Sales and Sales Operations to align messaging, develop shared goals, and drive customer retention
Strong communication skills, with experience presenting strategy and performance insights to senior stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Sales
High level of business acumen, with the ability to interpret strategic objectives and recommend cross-functional solutions that span multiple teams

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $100,000 to $156,000.
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
