This role will be based in San Francisco, CA.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of compelling product narratives, pitches, and demonstrations that resonate with talent acquisition professionals and business leaders. Partner closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams to translate complex talent solutions capabilities into clear, customer-centric stories that drive adoption and revenue growth. Build and manage a team of narrative strategists and content creators who will craft multi-format content including executive presentations, product demos, sales enablement materials, and customer success stories.
Establish narrative frameworks and messaging hierarchies that ensure consistency across all talent solutions products while allowing for market-specific customization. Drive the creation of differentiated positioning that highlights LinkedIn's unique value proposition in the talent acquisition space. Collaborate with regional teams to adapt global narratives for local markets and industries. Measure and optimize narrative effectiveness through data-driven insights, customer feedback, and sales performance metrics. Serve as a key spokesperson and thought leader, representing LinkedIn's talent solutions vision at industry events and with strategic customers.
Basic Qualifications
8+ years in marketing, with at least 3+ years in a people management role
Demonstrated ability to translate technical product capabilities into compelling business value propositions for executive audiences
Have built and led high-performing teams in fast-paced, collaborative environments
Background in presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels
Experience with written and verbal communication, demonstrating skills in creating content ranging from executive briefings to detailed product demonstrations
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
Worked cross-functionally with product, sales, and engineering teams to drive business outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
Direct partnership in the HR technology, talent acquisition, or workforce solutions industry
Track record of launching and scaling new products or services in competitive B2B markets
Tenure in data-driven marketing and leverages analytics to optimize messaging and content performance
Background in developing successful B2B narratives and go-to-market strategies for enterprise software or SaaS products
Managing global or distributed teams and adapting narratives for international markets
Familiarity with modern sales methodologies and enablement best practices
Published thought leadership or speaking experience at industry conferences
Understanding of AI and its applications in talent acquisition and workforce management

The pay range for this role is $179,000 to $280,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
