We are currently looking for a Commercial Insurance Account Manager located in our downtown Salt Lake City, UT location **.

Description:**

Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships with a defined customer base to ensure a high level of satisfaction and increased revenue.

Services and manages all aspects for clients and their policies.

Maintains and continues to develop client and company business relationships.

Promotes growth of existing book of business.

Markets when necessary on renewal and new business.

Manages and coordinates processing of renewals, audits, cancellations, etc. Informs, educates, and makes recommendations to clients about policy coverages, changes, exclusions, and insurance coverage needs.

Stays abreast and maintain detailed knowledge of current market conditions and technical knowledge.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Requires a College Degree and 1+ years in insurance industry with underwriting, sales, account management, or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.

Insurance licensing required.

Basic knowledge of insurance underwriting, sales and renewals.

Good sales, customer service and client relationship skills.

Sound communication skills, both verbal and written.

Must be detail oriented and well organized.

Must have solid computer skills.

Ability to resolve problems independently.
