What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized individuals in accordance with site-specific policies.
Provide customer service by assisting guests, staff, and visitors with inquiries and directions while maintaining a professional presence.
Carry out security-related procedures and respond to incidents or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Document and report any unusual activity, security-related incidents, or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
Support emergency response activities as needed, following established protocols and procedures.
Collaborate with hotel and resort staff to maintain a welcoming and secure environment for all guests and employees.
What We're Looking For:
Availability across various days and shifts
Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
