Collection Representative Entry Level

Description

Follow established policies, procedures, and training guidelines while making outbound calls to collect on deceased debt

Meet daily collection goals and productivity standards

Maintain queue of accounts with regular review, phone calls and miscellaneous follow-up work

Conduct fact-finding conversations with individuals to locate estate information and identify potential money sources

Establish payment arrangements with a sense of urgency and firm deadlines

Skip-trace accounts according to established practices provided in training

Assist in special projects as requested

Additional Skills & Qualifications

HS Diploma or GED

1+ years of customer service experience, call center preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $38480.00/yr.

Benefits (healthcare, dental, PTO, etc): medical, dental, vision, short term/long term disability, 401K, yearly performance/comp evaluations, PTO 16 days/year and holiday pay

This is a fully onsite position in Minneapolis,MN.
