Job Title: Supply Chain AdministratorJob Description

The Supply Chain Administrator plays a crucial role in maintaining the inventory of raw materials, MRO items, fuels, and fuel systems, ensuring the smooth operation of both Customer Service and internal departments. This position involves ordering raw materials, managing shipments, and overseeing proper receiving and invoice reconciliation.

Responsibilities

Perform perpetual (daily) and year-end inventory, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.

Track inventory reduction, increase inventory turns, and support cost reduction initiatives.

Identify and establish relationships with new suppliers, focusing on quality, pricing, availability, and contract negotiations.

Collaborate with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Accounting, and freight companies for efficient supply chain management and issue resolution.

Support Capital Projects by ensuring timely orders and deadlines are met.

Complete end-of-month/quarter tasks including raw material reporting, packaging supplies, and fuel distributions as directed by Supply Chain and PHB Accounting.

Essential Skills

Experience in supply chain, logistics, and inventory control.

Proficiency in administrative support and procurement administration.

Competence in package tracking and quality checks.

Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and ERP systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Knowledge of mechanical/electrical parts and inventory management.

Strong skills in data entry, computer programs (Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, Word), and problem-solving.

Excellent communication, organizational, math, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make sound decisions while working across multiple teams and levels.

Work Environment

This position is primarily based in an office space but requires frequent visits to the plant side to ensure efficient supply chain management and collaboration with various departments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr.
