Title: Executive Administrative Assistant

Location: North Chicago, IL

Duration: 6 Months

Pay Range: $21/hr to $26/hr (On W2)

100% Remote role

We are looking for a "Executive Administrative Assistant " to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.

Job Summary:

We're looking for an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership with scheduling, travel coordination, correspondence, budget tracking, and meeting planning. This role requires excellent organization, communication skills, and the ability to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

Manage executive calendars, travel, and meeting logistics

Draft reports, emails, and other communications

Track budgets and expenses for the department

Prioritize and handle routine inquiries and tasks

Prepare materials and coordinate for meetings and events

Requirements:

Prior admin experience supporting executives

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar tools

Able to work independently and adapt to company systems
