Description

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Support Administrator to join a local team in Harrisburg, PA. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our sales team, ensuring seamless client retention, account management, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for proactive communication, and possesses strong organizational skills to support both client relationships and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.

Regularly follow up with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and strengthen long-term relationships.

Monitor client accounts to ensure timely renewals and identify opportunities for upselling or additional services.

Provide operational assistance to the sales team, including preparing documents, creating reports, and coordinating schedules.

Organize and track district documents and correspondence following company guidelines.

Requirements

Qualifications:

1-3 years in a client-facing or administrative role (preferably in sales support or account management) with demonstrated success in fast-paced environments.

Exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Business Administration or a related field.
