We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. This individual contributor role will be responsible for driving lead generation and conversion, performance reporting, conversion rate optimization, campaign optimization, and managing Marketo B2B email journeys. The ideal candidate will have a solid analytical mindset, excellent data analysis skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support sales objectives and drive pipeline in strategic customer and prospect accounts.

Primary Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across channels such as email, social media, display advertising, and partner marketing
Performance Reporting: Analyze and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Conversion Rate Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates across various marketing channels
Account Based Marketing (ABM) Strategy: Develop and implement ABM strategies to target high-value accounts, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and driving pipeline growth
Marketo B2B Email Journeys: Design, execute, and optimize B2B email marketing campaigns using Marketo
Data Analysis: Utilize data to drive insights and make informed decisions to enhance marketing performance
Budget Management: Manage and oversee the marketing budget to ensure efficient campaign spending
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, customer success, and product to align marketing strategies with business objectives
Support Sales Objectives: Develop and execute marketing strategies that support sales objectives and drive pipeline in strategic customer and prospect accounts

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role
Proven solid analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
Experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms
Proven excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proven knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
Preferred Qualifications:
ABM Strategy Development: Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful ABM strategies that drive engagement and conversion in high-value accounts
Experience with PPC, SEO, Programmatic, and Retargeting
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer journey mapping
Proven solid project management skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
