Job Description

Join our team at JARA HOTELS LLC, where we are committed to providing exceptional hospitality experiences to our guests. We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our housekeeping department. Candidates will play a key role in ensuring the cleanliness, comfort, and satisfaction of our guests during their stay.

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.

Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cared for and inspected according to standards.

Change linens, make beds, and replace used towels and toiletries.

Replenish amenities according to operational standards.

Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed and maintain cleanliness of work areas.

Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety, and be aware of any company-related practices.

Handle guests requests and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.

Monitor guest laundry services and handle items carefully and efficiently.

Use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies effectively.

Protect equipment and notify supervisors of any damages, deficits, or disturbances.

Collaborate with the rest of the housekeeping team and report any security issues encountered.

Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate.

Follow hotel security guidelines and report suspicious behavior to management.

Contribute to a positive work environment and support team members as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a hotel or similar environment is preferred but not required.

Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Good communication skills and ability to interact positively with guests and staff.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
