This document defines the responsibilities and qualifications needed to perform job responsibilities and duties for a KellyOCG BPS Finance Support Specialist.
Responsibilities: Perform daily finance support duties including but not limited to: Entering data into client system, communicating with external and internal customers, communicating with client vendors.
Responsibilities include:
Request approval and receipts, as required.
Communicate aging of unresolved items.
Request copies of invoices, as required.
Ensure proper and timely processing and payment of accounts payable.
Resolve vendor issues, as required.
Maintain a professional image when communicating with internal customers and external suppliers.
Provide timely assistance to the finance team on accounts payable/finance special projects.
Coordinate with KOCG Operations Supervisor, Manager or Director, as required.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by KellyOCG management.
This position has an on-call component which requires being on-call. You will be called 1-2 times a week to complete a task which will take 15-20 minutes. Equipment will be provided to complete the task.
Qualifications:
Must be highly organized and be able to work independently.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
High school diploma is required.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
