Administrative Assistant II

CTG is seeking to fill an Administrative Assistant II opening for our client in Richland, WA.

Location: Richland, WA

Duration: 10 months

Duties:

Perform advanced, diversified, and confidential administrative duties under minimal supervision.

Provide day-to-day administrative support, including interacting with staff across the organization.

Prepare documents, reports, correspondence, and presentations-often of a confidential nature-using Microsoft Office programs.

Manage records in compliance with recordkeeping requirements.

Arrange meetings, schedule activities, and coordinate departmental events.

Initiate contract requisitions and changes.

Maintain professional office etiquette and provide office management support.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.

Ability to manage complex projects under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Excellent problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management.

Professional discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.

Creativity and a collaborative team-oriented approach.

Experience:

Minimum of four years of progressive administrative experience, including leadership responsibilities and independent decision-making.

Demonstrated history of professional development through courses or training related to administrative functions.

Knowledge of general-to-advanced office management techniques, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, and the use of standard office equipment.

Desired: Experience with Asset Suite and SharePoint.

Education:

High school diploma or GED required.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $18.00 to $27.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
