Kelly Services is seeking an organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Clayton, NC. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to four senior executives. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work in a dynamic environment with the potential for permanent placement.

Schedule: Temp to Perm, 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Salary: $34.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the daily calendars of senior executives, including booking flights and coordinating travel plans.

Organize onsite events and meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled effectively.

Support the onboarding process for new team members.

Communicate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.

Perform general administrative duties as required to support executives.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED is required.

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role.

Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or in a similar role.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
