Manufacturing Engineer Aerospace Subsystems

We are seeking Experienced Manufacturing Engineers with a strong background in airplane subsystems, production readiness, and delivery center flyaway operations. In this role, you will play a critical part in the efficient production and delivery of advanced aerospace platforms, including proprietary programs supporting national defense initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes for airplane subsystems.

Ensure production readiness by identifying risks, optimizing workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Support delivery center operations by streamlining processes, improving quality, and ensuring timely product delivery.

Apply data analysis and engineering principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Participate in design reviews and provide input on manufacturability and assembly feasibility.

Basic Qualifications:

Ability to Obtain U.S. Government Security Clearance (Requires US Citizenship)

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science from an accredited institution.

Minimum of:

5+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree

3+ years with a master's degree

Hands-on experience with tools and technologies such as:

IVT, CREO, CATIA, MES, Gold, PrimeR, Aurora, VisVSA, DELMIA, VisMockup

ProModel, FlexSim, 3D Printed Parts, Moonshine Shop, Maker Space, ImDev, ICIDO

Multi-Monitor Collaborative Rooms

Preferred Qualifications:

Active Secret Clearance

B.S. or higher in Aerospace, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience supporting defense and/or aerospace customers.

Familiarity with 3D model-based instruction.

Experience with Manufacturing Execution System Common Image (MESci).
