We're seeking a Treasury Management Customer Analyst team member to work at a leading financial institution in Farmington Hills. With us, it's all about finding the job that's just right. An ideal candidate would have treasury management with a suite of services experience that helps business customers manage their Payables/Receivables, Fraud prevention and Reporting needs. (ACH, Wire origination, Information Reporting, Lockbox, Positive Pay, Etc.)

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

Length: 6 months (great opportunity for contract extension)

What's a typical day as Treasury Analyst? You'll be:

Responding to and resolving requests from Treasury Management customers across various global markets.

Implementing changes to Treasury Management products through thorough analysis and coordination.

Providing basic customer product training and recognizing red flags related to fraud.

Utilizing various internal applications for research and information, supporting call queues.

Contributing to revenue through cross and up-selling opportunities.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in Banking and Financial services.

Possess 3 years of customer service experience within the banking industry, with experience in Treasury products and services. (ACH, Wire origination, Information Reporting, Lockbox, Positive Pay, Etc.)

Knowledge of treasury documentation and related compliance requirements

Processing domestic and international wire transfers

Demonstrate strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, Hogan DDA, and account analysis systems.
