We are seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Business Process Analyst to join our team to begin an exciting and challenging career with SAIC.

This position is 60% remote 40% onsite

The role of the Business Operations Manager is to develop the internal and external business processes for successful program operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Interacts with internal resources to perform day-to-day functions that have to do with onboarding new hires, processes security paperwork, and resolves questions or problems with payroll, clearance documentation and client deliverables

Creates internal and external reports and deliverables and pushes them to the customer

Tracks program budgets and costs

Initiates and tracks procurement actions for purchases of goods and supplies

Assists with travel documentation and tracks and maintains records of staff travel

Manages onboarding and offboarding actions of personnel on the program and ensures that personnel are provisioned with new equipment and recovers equipment from personnel who are offboarded

Works with the internal security team and customer CoR and security office to process personnel documentation and CAC requests as needed

Tracks and manages the inventory of all equipment

Tracks activities across departments and participates in weekly status calls and provides information related to equipment orders, job requisitions, and program equipment

Manages the centralized repository of personnel processes and continually improves on existing processes to minimize complexities and optimize effective operations

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience

Demonstrated managerial skills

Demonstrated ability to learn customer support processes and techniques

Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills

Demonstrated ability to multi-task projects and motivate individuals to learn and succeed

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Excellent competency in MS Office Suite

Required Clearance:

Must have the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance

Must be a US citizen
