Summary You will serve as a Equal Employment Manager of CNSSC FLD DET MECH PA. Responsibilities You will provide advice and guidance on the interpretation, intent and impact of laws, regulations, policies and programs pertaining to disability employment, reasonable accommodation and employment accessibility. You will administer the EEO complaints and pre-complaints processing to include counseling, investigation and adjudication. You will have the ability to provide sound technical advice to management, employees and/or applicants regarding program requirements/issues. You will analyze and evaluate complaints and negotiates informal adjustments with management and complainant whenever possible. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrating the following: 1) Consulting with management officials to develop resolution to complaints of discrimination and preparing final recommendation to Deputy Equal Employment Opportunity Officer (DEEOO) for acceptance or rejection; 2) Monitoring complaints to ensure effective and efficient completion; 3) Compiling, reporting and analyzing statistical data used to evaluate effectiveness of program, determining trends and identifying problem areas; 4) Providing advice and guidance on the interpretation, intent and impact of laws, regulations, policies and programs pertaining to disability employment, reasonable accommodation and employment accessibility.
