Job Summary
The Manager, Procurement Operations/Systems manages all supply chain platforms, partners with the supply chain governance team to implement and enforce supply chain governance in all supply chain systems, references industry procurement operations benchmarking, provides continuous education training on supply chain systems, prioritizes system enhancements by impact and manages configuration updates to the systems. This position requires an analytical mindset, understanding of procurement operations (including third party), a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and transparency.
Essential Functions
Manage a team of analysts responsible for the systems management of the supply chain platforms.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance reporting accuracy, usability, and accessibility.
Develop and maintain a governance model for systems data integrity, standard definitions, and change control across all systems platforms
Ensure all supply chain platforms (SAP/Ariba, S4, Fortress, Zycus, Power BI and NiSource legacy systems) meet the functionality needs of the integrated supply chain organization
Serve as product owner for supply chain systems platforms; supports digital transformation and automation efforts across the function.
Define and execute strategies that maximize the value of existing and emerging Supply Chain technology solutions
Provide accurate and timely supply chain reporting required to support enterprise strategic planning, as well as execute on day-to-day operations
Build sustainable, trusted relationships with supply chain leaders and cross-functional business partners through proactive communication
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary data and performance documentation.
Develop training materials and reporting standards to promote systems literacy and self-service adoption among stakeholders.
Act as a trusted advisor in defining performance benchmarks and aligning metrics with enterprise strategic objectives.
Own and report on all PGA performance metrics and dashboards; provides insights and recommendations to supply chain leadership.
Lead projects that optimize data pipelines and enhance system integrations (e.g., Ariba, SAP, Power BI, Coupa).
Drive innovation in how data is visualized and consumed across the supply chain.
Champion performance excellence through alignment with LEAN, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Required Qualifications For Position
Bachelor's Degree Business Analytics, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
7-9 years data analytics, performance management, or business intelligence roles, with a strong preference for Supply Chain domain exposure.
4-6 years Leadership experience
Demonstrated experience building dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
Experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP, Ariba, Coupa, or similar tools.
Preferred Additional Qualifications for Position
Master's Degree Analytics, Data Science, or related field

Salary Range*:
$110,200.00 - $165,300.00
*The salary offered to a candidate is based on several factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills, job-related knowledge, and relevant experience , as well as internal pay equity .
