Accenture's Global Protection & Security (GP&S) team is seeking a skilled electronic access control and security video Subject Matter Expert (SME). Responsibilities include managing electronic access control and security video systems, advising various operations/project teams on Accenture's security technology standards, implementing security policies, and coordinating with stakeholders to provide guidance on technology solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Software House/HID electronic access control technologies and Genetec's Omnicast video management system, as well as familiarity with industry standards, application and alarm management, installation and maintenance of systems, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensures electronic access control hardware/software meet standards and are installed and configured correctly across all Accenture locations
Ensure security video systems meet standards and are installed and configured correctly across all Accenture locations
Building Intelligence Report Suite (BIRS) Report management and configuration.
Advises technology operations and project groups for electronic access control and security video hardware specifications, installation procedures, and GP&S-specific configurations
Engage with relevant vendors and integrators to ensure compliance for current projects and alignment for future roadmap
Supports the Security Operations Center (SOC) and liaises with the SOC Technology Manager to support their security technology systems
Assist with updating access control and video surveillance training materials
Assists with updating GP&S security standards related to electronic access control and security video
Job Requirements:
Ability to work non-standard hours, including weekends and holidays as required by incident recovery.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of administration support for Genetec Omnicast video management system
Minimum of 7 years of experience installing and configuring IP-based security cameras
Minimum of 7 years of experience providing administrative level support for access control systems
Minimum of 7 years' installation and configuration experience with access control hardware such as card readers, cabling, locking devices, and or access control panels
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in, Security Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology Electrical Engineering or relevant field
Excellent organization, analytical, and communication skills
Rapport and influence building skills
Excellent customer service
Ability to learn quickly and to multitask; be adaptable and flexible
Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment, while paying strict attention to detail
Ability to adhere to timelines and deadlines with effective time management skills

Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change, change management
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional and cross-regional teams to drive collaboration and strategic outcomes for business
ASIS CPP and or PSP certification
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
Strong knowledge of ISO 27001 Controls and Risk Management Framework
SQL Script writing for BIRS reports
Software House CCURE 9000 Level 1 certification
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
