Role Overview

We're seeking a digitally fluent and strategically minded marketing professional to support the positioning and go-to-market activations for BlackRock's investment solutions within the U.S. Wealth Advisory (USWA) business. This role offers the opportunity to shape how we engage financial advisors through modern marketing channels, including social media, AI-powered tools, and data-driven personalization. Blending investment acumen with digital marketing expertise, this role will contribute to campaign development, content strategy, and digital engagement initiatives that elevate BlackRock's presence in the wealth management space.

Key Responsibilities

Support cross-product marketing strategy with a strong emphasis on digital-first engagement.

Collaborate on digital innovation across marketing channels, using data and technology to drive personalization, lead generation, and advisor engagement.

Build expertise in BlackRock's product platform and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategy and storytelling.

Leverage AI-powered tools and platforms to generate campaign content, automate workflows, and optimize campaign performance.

Contribute to social media strategy and execution, helping amplify key messages and engage advisors through relevant, timely content.

Monitor emerging advisor and investor trends to shape proactive marketing initiatives and thought leadership.

Use analytics and qualitative feedback to refine messaging and campaign effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

2-5 years of experience in investment marketing, product strategy, or digital marketing within financial services.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, and a passion for data-driven storytelling.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for simplifying the complex.

Experience in content creation, design thinking, and marketing automation is a plus.

For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$80,750.00 - USD$100,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.

Our hybrid work model
