HR Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources department in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HRIS data management.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and background checks.

Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation processes.

Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries.

Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.

Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation as needed.

Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with HRIS systems is a plus.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
