Description We are looking for a success-driven and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Chardon, Ohio. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

Address customer questions, concerns, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.

Build trust and foster positive relationships with clients by resolving issues promptly and effectively.

Maintain a calm and positive demeanor when handling customer complaints or challenging situations.

Facilitate the creation of new customer accounts, ensuring all information is accurately recorded.

Promote the company and its products in a positive manner to attract and retain customers.

Escalate unresolved issues or complex inquiries to management when necessary.

Compile and prepare detailed reports on customer interactions and product feedback.

Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer information and interactions.

Support team goals and handle additional responsibilities as assigned. Requirements - Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally.

Multilingual capabilities are a plus for engaging with a diverse customer base.

Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.

Familiarity with sales techniques to assist in product promotion and upselling.

Strong problem-solving skills to analyze and address customer concerns effectively.

High attention to detail for accurate data entry and record maintenance.

Ability to remain calm and positive in fast-paced or challenging situations.
