This position contributes to our vision by:
Designs, updates, reengineers and improves, as one voice for the whole company, processes supporting business vision and strategy.
Identifies, designs, updates and documents, based on business vision, all processes he/she is owning, with a goal of process alignment and buy off from all impacted BUs; objective is to align processes as much as possible between all BU's;
Based on a "Best Value for Money" and standard COTS approaches, identifies, defines and designs processes or part of the processes to be supported by the Information System;
Ensures business savings (ROI) are provided for Projects/Change Requests the BPO is responsible for;
Validates and helps formalize business requirements;
Contributes to Enterprise Architecture analysis & simplification;
Communicates detail of the processes to the Business organization (for execution) and supports continuous improvement initiatives affecting those processes;
Formalizes operating principles, "As Is" and "To Be" processes and organization;
Organizes and manages international network of Key Users and Business Leads through Team Building animation (workshops, Business Process Reengineering, conf calls,...) with support of SAP Module Leader;
When assigned to be the project leader of a specific project:
Follows-up and ensures project completion within defined schedule and budget;
Defines project deployment strategy;
Manages the project team in coordination with hierarchical managers and Business Project Leads;

Education and/or Experience
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of related experience or a combination of education and experience.
