Job Description
Precision Castparts Corp.'s Development Programs are Powering the Future by taking the emergent talent through a high velocity program two year, rotational program complete with learning experiences and opportunities to expose members to the critical aspects of PCC's business in a multitude of manufacturing environments so they can effectively influence the future direction of the Company. This 2-year rotational program is specifically designed for recent and/or graduating seniors. This position is located in various locations in the U.S. and starts July 2026.

Program Design
First year members will be placed at one of our PCC facilities learning the foundations of our Corporate Automation Standards.

Second year members will be placed at another PCC location continuing to build on the foundations learned in year one, by effectively
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a field of study such as: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Integration, Automation Technology or Computer Science
Prior co-op or internship experience in manufacturing preferred
Club, organization or activity involvement in a leadership capacity
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Must be a US Person*
