We are looking for an organized and bilingual Administrative Assistant to provide essential support in Sleepy Hollow, New York. Responsibilities:

Support with daily administrative duties, ensuring tasks are completed promptly and accurately.

Handle inbound calls, providing courteous assistance and directing inquiries appropriately.

Perform data entry tasks with precision to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Organize and manage files, ensuring accessibility and compliance with internal procedures.

Coordinate schedules and appointments to optimize workflow and efficiency.

Prepare reports and correspondence as required, maintaining a high standard of quality.

Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishments to maintain operational readiness.

Collaborate with team members to address any administrative needs or challenges.

Uphold confidentiality and follow established protocols in handling sensitive information.

Requirements - Proven experience in administrative support or assistance roles.

Proficiency in answering calls and managing phone systems professionally.

Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Excellent organizational abilities and time management skills.

Familiarity with office equipment and software, including word processing and spreadsheet applications.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
