HR Generalist / Recruiter
Transdev in Phoenix, AZ is hiring an Admin Assistant.This key role is essential in supporting daily office operations and ensuring smooth administrative functions. Responsibilities include data entry, filing, managing correspondence, and assisting management with scheduling and report preparation. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinates documents, correspondence and web pages, including letters, reports, emails, presentations, memos, faxes, etc
Administer accounting data, payroll, personnel records
Manage employee FMLA tracking
Ordering and maintaining inventory of office supplies
Quality Assurance Checks ensuring compliance with background checks, drug and alcohol screens, and E-Verify requirements.
Maintains confidentiality of all information; comply with HIPAA regulations.
Other duties as required
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
College course work in a related field preferred.
Computer literate with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
Subject to drug testing and physical if applicable.
Physical Requirements:
The essential functions of this position require the ability to:
Sit for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces
Push and pull objects up to 25 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 25 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level
Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise
