What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Working environments and conditions may vary by site, especially within aerospace and defense settings.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.
Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and helping to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by site protocols.
Support emergency preparedness and response efforts, including participating in drills and following established procedures for aerospace and defense environments.
What We're Looking For:
Availability across various days and shifts
Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
CPR certification is preferred.
Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Must be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preference given to those with prior experience.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
