The Program Manager, B2B Sales is part of the Global Sales team within the Commercial Division. This role will lead cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, UX, and business teams. You'll drive execution of high-impact programs that boost sales productivity and customer engagement, ensuring alignment and scalable solutions for a global sales organization.

Own the planning, facilitation, and outcomes of key cross-functional meetings, including Weekly Sales IT Leadership, Sales Product Syncs, and Monthly Sales Tools Leadership updates
Challenge and support product and engineering teams on roadmap feasibility, cross functional dependencies, execution risks, and delivery timelines across the B2B sales tools stack
Maintain a deep understanding of interdependencies across platforms such as SalesLink, Dynamics, PRISM, and others to proactively mitigate risks and unblock delivery
Orchestrate cross-team collaboration for major initiatives including contract lifecycle management (CLM) modernization, SalesLink portal enhancements, and AAdvantage Business tool expansion
Serve as the central coordinator for roadmap planning and execution within Aha! and Azure DevOps (ADO), ensuring alignment, traceability, and delivery across teams
Support the strategic allocation and prioritization of scrum teams across the B2B tools portfolio to maximize value delivery
Build strong partnerships with product managers, product owners, analysts, engineering teams, and senior leaders to ensure transparency, alignment, and shared ownership of outcomes
Define and track KPIs to articulate the value of the B2B sales tools program against the spend and budget, and communicate progress to executive stakeholders
Deliver regular updates to Global Sales leadership on the progress, milestones, and business impact of sales tools product development
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience in program management, product management, or a related field.
Proven track record of delivering complex programs and projects on time, on budget, and with high quality.
Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
8+ years of experience in program management, product management, or a related field.
Experience working in the airline or travel industry, with a strong understanding of B2B sales and customer engagement.
Certification in program management, such as PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master.
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
Program management certifications, such as PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master.
Experience with project management tools, such as Jira, Asana, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with data analytics tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or similar.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong business acumen, with experience developing strategic plans and driving measurable business outcomes.
