This role is part of the Next-Gen Operations Platform and Business team within the Integrated Operations Center division. As Manager, Project Planning you will lead planning, tooling, and cross-functional alignment within our Next-Gen Operations initiative. This role plays a critical part in driving the success of a multi-year transformation by ensuring seamless coordination across workstreams, proactively managing risks and dependencies, and championing process improvement efforts.
What you'll do
?Manages and directs the work of project managers and provides managerial oversight for multiple projects
Monitors project scopes, costs, schedules, staffing, communications, and deliverables
Develops standards, processes, and tools used for effective project scheduling to set and manage quality targets
Creates long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
Tracks at risk metrics and facilitates actions to keep projects on track
Establishes data collection and reporting processes to capture key metrics of project activities and provide frequent reporting updates
Facilitates meetings, records minutes, follow up on actions taken, and logging of issues/risks
Builds compelling presentations used to obtain alignment on key initiatives
Effectively communicates status to stakeholders including various levels of leadership
Tracks and updates Product Objectives and Key Results to ensure priorities are aligned with the business needs
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience/training
5 years' experience as a Project Manager or similar position responsible for defining and managing project scope, timelines, and effective delivery of products.
1-3 years supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
PMI or PMP certification or similar from an accredited organization
Experience working with Agile methods and tools
Experience with Azure DevOps.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire Stakeholders
High degree of organization, initiative, and personal accountability
Excellent project management skills including prioritization, scheduling, and documentation
Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders and various levels of leadership
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage shifting priorities, demands and timelines
Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
Knowledge and experience with the Agile framework
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to be flexible and capable of adapting to constant change
Ability to effectively meet deadlines and prioritize tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
Ability to work in a stressful environment
