1-2 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or project management

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Google Workspace

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage logistics, multitask, and meet tight deadlines

High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Experience coordinating with vendors, venues, and cross-functional teams

Desired Skills:

Experience with Smartsheet and Wrike (or other project management tools)

Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Oracle Eloqua) for lead tracking

Exposure to promotional campaign coordination or social media marketing

Experience managing event budgets, hotel blocks, and travel logistics

Description of Role/Responsibilities: We are seeking an Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of internal and external events including trade shows, customer meetings, conferences, and company-wide functions. This role is ideal for someone with a marketing or project coordination background who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Primary responsibilities include coordinating venue research, booth setup, promotional materials, hotel room blocks, and event registration tracking.
