Full Time Position: Sunday-Saturday with shifts within 7am-5pm, and rotating weekends

POSITION DUTIES:

Answer questions and assist associates in order entry and maintenance systems

Verify all on hold orders and print order information for correct and concise content

recognize communicate and solve system problems, slowdowns and malfunctions

Provide daily supervision and work direction to ensure productive use of all team members in Order Center

Team member scheduling

work with retail, delivery, production and support departments to resolve external and internal customer issues

work to identify trends in quality and service issues, bringing to management as needed

Answer customer calls as needed

Perform administrative duties

assist with training needed

work with Mercury Direct and Dove Plus computer systems to accept and reject wire orders as appropriate

Support Order Center Assistant Manager and Group Manager as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong verbal and written communication

Good technical knowledge including POS, Windows and Excel

Ability to provide leadership to train delegate and motivate staff

Able to work at a fast pace

Demonstrates strength in employee relations and customer service

Strong attention to detail is required

Developed problem solving skills

Ability to support and work as a team

High Energy Level

Minimum one year work experience on Bachman's Order Center or equivalent experience

Strong time management skills

Able to work in a team environment

Ability to delegate with solid follow through practices
