As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the facility, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. You will also provide exceptional customer service, assisting individuals with inquiries and maintaining open communication with site personnel. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious behavior.
Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management as needed.
Assist with access control procedures and/or visitor management as required by site-specific policies.
Support emergency response efforts and follow established protocols during incidents at the location.

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
