The Red Hat Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy, Incentives & Data Analytics team is looking for a Program Manager, Account Planning. In this role, you will be a crucial member of the team responsible for the global Account Planning program, a high-visibility initiative designed to drive customer growth and enhance cross-functional collaboration in the Sales Organization. You will work with the Global Account Planning Lead to support the operational and analytical pillars of the program. You will also work with stakeholders in Sales, Operations, and IT. Your primary focus will be on managing project tasks, analyzing program data, generating reports, and coordinating with global stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of the account planning strategy. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with data analysis and highly skilled in program management.
What you will do:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Manage, maintain, and enhance the reporting files for account plan completion and quality tracking.
Generate regular status reports and dashboards for various stakeholders, from regional sales leaders to the Field Leadership Team (FLT).
Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement in account plan adoption and quality.
Collaborate with the CRMA, RHSC and IT teams to refine and automate reporting processes.
Program and Task Coordination:
Maintain and update the master project task list, tracking deadlines, dependencies, and ownership.
Assist in managing the backlog of system requirements (RHSC, CRMA, people.ai), translating business needs into functional specifications and tracking Jira stories.
Coordinate with regional program managers and cross-functional stakeholders to gather updates, follow up on action items, and ensure alignment.
Enablement and Communication Support:
Assist in the creation and maintenance of enablement materials, procedural documents, and communication plans.
Draft communications for field announcements, newsletters, and stakeholder updates.
Organize and support change management, including feedback sessions and retrospectives.
Stakeholder and Program Support:
Serve as a point of contact for operational and data-related inquiries from field sales.
Prepare data and initial drafts for strategic presentations and reviews.
Proactively identify risks to the project plan and propose mitigation strategies.
What you bring:
5+ years of experience in a sales operations, business analysis, or project management role, preferably within a global technology company.
Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data manipulation.
Demonstrated experience with Salesforce (SFDC) reporting and dashboards.
Experience with data visualization and tools like CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM) or Tableau is a significant plus.
Skills with different AI tools is a plus, willingness to learn is a must.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate and connect with stakeholders around the world and in different levels of seniority.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
A collaborative team player with solid interpersonal skills.
The salary range for this position is $120,720.00 - $199,120.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
Pay Transparency
Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat's compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
