What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Monitor access points and control entry to restricted areas, verifying credentials as required.
Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with emergency response activities, including evacuations and/or lockdowns, following established protocols.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities as required by Allied Universal and site management.
Interact with employees, visitors, and contractors in a courteous and professional manner while upholding site-specific security-related policies.

Minimum Requirements:
Must possess a valid Armed Guard Card or License.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
