Job Summary and Qualifications

Job Summary:

The Division Assistant Controllerprovidestimelyinformation and financial analysis to senior management for the purpose of evaluating new business opportunities, strategic planning, revenue and reimbursement enhancement, cost andutilizationmanagement, and improved operational performance. The Assistant Controller is also responsible for the accounting functions of the Division Office. The AssistantController will interact with various personnel of the Division officeandfacilities in order to complete other projects as assigned.

In this role you will:

Provideaccurate andtimelyfinancial analysis of hospital/division operations as assigned

Prepare materials for presentations to seniormanagementas assigned

Assistwith the preparation of annual budget, audits and tax work papers

Complete monthly close operations for the Division Office - including allocation the facilities, journal entries, fixed asset accounting, reconciliations and SOX requirements

Maintain confidentiality, security, and integrity of patient, employee and financial data

Ensure outside vendors who provide services/supplies are paidin accordance withthe invoice and within company policy

Assists Controller with annual balance sheet and SOX reviews for all facilities within the Division

Complete all other projects as assigned

What qualifications you will need:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting
