Job Description: Your Impact

Are you a purpose-driven leader who excels at developing high-performing teams, delivering meaningful results, and leading with integrity? As the District Operations Manager for our Omaha team, you will be the strategic force behind operational excellence across both Sales and Production operations.

Job Duties: How You Win Everyday

Lead from the front. Directly manage and coach a team of frontline Sales and Production professionals. Set clear expectations, drive accountability, and create a culture of ownership and pride in performance.

Drive sales execution. Train and coach our Garage Gurus to meet and exceed key metrics.

Ensure operational success. Oversee day-to-day job execution in the field. Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards.

Champion the customer experience. Monitor homeowner feedback, resolve escalations, and coach team members to take personal responsibility for every interaction.

Think systematically. Identify efficiencies, propose improvements, and collaborate with leadership to evolve how we operate as we grow.

Qualifications: What You Offer

Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience; operations leadership preferred.

Proven experience leading frontline teams with a strong focus on execution, development, and results.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team effectively.

A natural sense of urgency, adaptability, and confidence in fast-paced environments.

Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, motor vehicle record and felony/misdemeanor background check.
