Our well-known pharma client is seeking a Competitive Intelligence Manager to join their team for the next 12 months, part time hours (20 hours/week).

This role is fully remote but must work in Central or Eastern timezones.

\ Role Summary\ The Competitive Intelligence (CI) Manager, Rheumatology, serves as a strategic advisor to international commercial teams, delivering objective, in-depth, and actionable insights on current and emerging market and competitive dynamics. This role drives CI strategy and execution within the therapeutic area, informing both near- and long-term commercial decisions.

Top Must-Have Skills

3+ years in Competitive Intelligence or related insights roles (e.g., Market Research, Business Development)\ Advanced degree (preferred)\ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills\ Strong analytical ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights\ Experience in pharma or consulting with pharma clients

Additional Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree required; life sciences or related field preferred\ MBA, Master\'s, or PhD in life sciences is a plus\ Proven ability to collaborate in a matrixed environment\ Comfortable presenting to stakeholders across all organizational levels

Responsibilities

Lead CI strategy and execution for Rheumatology, translating intelligence into strategic implications\ Analyze commercial, clinical, and scientific data to identify disruptive market forces\ Manage CI activities including vendor oversight, data collection, synthesis, and dissemination\ Coordinate CI efforts at key industry events (e.g., EULAR) and report findings\ Partner cross-functionally to integrate clinical, medical, and regulatory perspectives\ Ensure CI practices align with ethical and financial compliance standards
